Shane is proud to be a founding member of The King Team. He has over thirteen years of experience as a REALTOR in the northern Shenandoah Valley. Shane has experience with a wide variety of residential real estate situations, from first-time home buyers to the dream home and everything in between. He also has worked extensively with new construction and assembling and subdividing raw land. Shane is currently licensed in Virginia and West Virginia.
In addition to his real estate licenses, Shane has his PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification through the Project Management Institute, an MBA from George Mason University and Bachelors from Shenandoah University's Harry F. Byrd School of Business.
